Great Tall Tree-A poem
There’s a great tall tree
at the bottom of my garden,
That has small yellow and green buds,
breaking open to catch a breath.
There’s a great tall tree
at the bottom of my garden,
That looks all luscious and green
in the morning sun.
There’s a great tall tree
at the bottom of my garden
that looks a reddish brown,
The leaves drift down to help all around.
There’s a great tall tree
at the bottom of my garden
that has a strong skeleton frame,
standing bare for it all to start again.
